REGULAR TEAM TRYOUTS

PITCHING TRYOUTS
Pitching tryouts will be on Friday, March 23, 2012 between 5:15PM - 9:30PM.  You must register with BRIAN BURDITT at JBBURDITT@AOL.COM  by Friday, March 9, 2012 if you want to be considered as a pitcher for the 2012 season.  Everyone will be assigned an individual time once you register.

NEW THIS YEAR: TRYOUT FEE 

One of the changes for 2012 involves a $20 fee for each TRAVEL player (ages 10U to 16U) to try out. K-1 and 2nd - 3rd grade in-house players do not try out.

Why the fee?

Per our normal tryout process, we have three stations: hitting, fielding ground balls, and fielding fly balls. We have three evaluators at each station (total of 9 evaluators).

This year, we are adding some evaluators from the Minnesota Fastpitch Academy http://www.minnesotafastpitchacademy.com/), an organizaztion of former college players and coaches.  The tryout fee defers our cost of having these evaluators score your daughter and gym rental fees.

How to Pay:

Please bring a check or cash for $20 to the tryout on March 24. The fee is not reimbursable if a player later decides not to play.  Players who are trying out at multiple age levels must pay the fee to try out at each age level. Trying out at 2 age levels = $40
