Picture Day for In-House Teams:

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your picture time so that we can stay on schedule.

Please bring both your bat and your glove to picture day.

Players will take two poses:

1. Your individual photo pose (what will be on your magnets, buttons, memory mate, 5x7’s, etc). Player choice of your bat or glove for this photo.

2. The second pose is your team photo pose that we will use for the team photo if you order a 5x7 or 8x10 team photo, or memory mate. We will direct you how to pose for this photo and whether to use a bat or glove (or neither).

Each pose is specific to the products we are taking them for so there isn’t an option to choose which pose to order from. Once you have gone through the line one time and had your 2 poses you are free to leave. We will composite the group photos together.

Coaches will take two photos:

1. A photo by themselves for the team photo.
2. A buddy photo with their child(ren).

Picture Day for Travel Teams:

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your picture time so that we can stay on schedule.

Please bring both your bat and your glove to picture day.

Players will take three total poses:

1. Your individual photo pose (what will be on your magnets, buttons, memory mate, 5x7’s, etc).           

Player choice of your bat or glove for this photo.

2. The second pose is your panoramic pose. The photographer will direct you to use your bat or glove.

3. The third pose is your team photo pose that we will use for the team photo if you order a 5x7 or 8x10 team photo, or memory mate.  

We will direct you how to pose for each of these three photos. Each pose is specific to the products we are taking them for so there isn’t an option to choose which pose to order from. Once you have gone through the line one time and had your 3 poses you are free to leave. We will composite the group photos together.

Ordering Photos:

 There will not be any way to view your photo before you order it.

 Parents need to place an order ON or BEFORE picture day in one of two ways:

1. Pay by cash or check. Print off the attached order form, complete the form, and provide payment. Turn in to the photographer on picture day.
2. Pay by credit card on or before picture day. You can order online at: https://we-got-game-sports-photo.square.site/team-and-individual-photos

 Photos will be delivered back to STMA fastpitch in 3-4 weeks to distribute if you check the “deliver to school/league” option when checking out online. If you prefer to have your order shipped directly to you, you can check out and select $6 shipping.

 ***Panoramic Photos will be available for purchase this season for travel teams and are only available to order online (not on the paper form).***
