Board of Directors
The STMA Girls Fastpitch Association is led by a volunteer Board of Directors made up of parents and community members who are committed to supporting the growth of fastpitch softball in the St. Michael–Albertville community. The board works together to oversee the association’s programs, operations, finances, and long-term direction while ensuring a positive and well-organized experience for players and families.
Our board members help coordinate all aspects of the program including travel and recreational leagues, scheduling, equipment, uniforms, volunteer coordination, communications, and community partnerships. Their efforts help create an environment where athletes can develop softball skills, build confidence, learn teamwork, and most importantly enjoy the game.
STMA Girls Fastpitch is a nonprofit, volunteer-driven organization, and the success of our programs depends on the dedication of our board members, coaches, volunteers, and families working together to support our athletes and community.

- Attend board meetings as scheduled. Meetings are typically 2 hours with a set agenda.
- Maintain overall policy and direction of the STMA Girls Fastpitch Association
- Provide a positive, safe, and enjoyable learning experience for the youth of the league
