STMA Skills Clinics
STMA Girls Fastpitch is excited to offer Single Session Skills Clinics throughout the year!
Whether your player is looking to refine their swing, master the fundamentals of fielding, build confidence behind the plate, or develop position-specific mechanics, these targeted, single-session clinics are the perfect opportunity to get focused reps with experienced instructors.
Because these are single sessions, they offer maximum flexibility for busy families—register only for the dates and specific skill focuses that fit your schedule and your player's developmental goals.
What to Expect
Each clinic is tailored to a specific fastpitch fundamental. Depending on the scheduled session, instructors will break down the mechanics of:
- Pitching: Proper mechanics, grip, speed, accuracy, and new pitch development.
- Hitting: Stance, load, swing path, and power generation.
- Fielding (Infield/Outfield): Glove work, footwork, tracking fly balls, and throwing mechanics.
- Catching: Receiving, blocking, framing, and throw-downs.
- Base Running: Lead-offs, sliding techniques, and situational awareness.
Note: The specific focus of each clinic will be listed on its registration link.
