Mental Skills Clinic

The Mental Skills Clinic Series is a new offering from STMA Fastpitch, and the association is excited to expand player development by introducing structured mental skills training to complement our on-field skills instruction.

While physical skills are critical to success in softball, the mental side of the game is just as important. Confidence, focus, leadership, and resilience play a major role in how athletes perform, learn, and grow—both during competition and in everyday life.

This three-session clinic series is designed specifically for 12U and 14U girls and focuses on key mental skills that support athletic performance and personal development. Each clinic covers a different topic and is taught in an age-appropriate, interactive format using softball-specific examples.
